Press Release July 27, 2010 2011 "Official" Image Search Guidelines The 2011 Marin Sonoma Concours d’Elegance will be selecting an exceptional artist to provide the “central Image” for the third annual Marin Sonoma Concours d’Elegance. This will be used on, but not limited to, the event’s 2011 poster, program cover, display advertising, etc. Submission Criteria: Artwork must be an original 2D or flat art. Produced in a fine art medium such as acrylic, oil, watercolor, etc. Original or Hi-Res digital scan from the artist. Dimensions: 24” x 32”, vertical. Subject: Image must include but not limited to representation of our featured marque, Rolls Royce and the Marin Civic Center, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Location: Marin County Fair Grounds lagoon event site. Deadline: Submit a draft adequate to show the artist’s abilities for this concept on September 1, 2010. For the draft selected, the final artwork will be due on October 20, 2010. Artist will receive: $500.00 Use of artwork in all collateral material with recognition of artist where applicable, i.e. Posters, Program Cover, and Display Advertising. Full page Article in Program 10x10 display booth in premiere location at Marin Sonoma Concours d’Elegance on May 15, 2011. Artist will retain original artwork and maintain all rights for sale and display. Marin Sonoma Concours d’Elegance will: Be sole party allowed usage of artwork.
